Well, the end is here, and by that we mean the MLB season for both the D-backs and the Rockies. To celebrate, Jesse and Derek got together with Drew Creasman and Patrick Lyons from the DNVR Rockies Podcast to reminisce about this season and talk about the future for both of these clubs.
