The failed Tempe vote leaves the Arizona Coyotes homeless once again. As ownership scrambles to find a solution, there are more questions than answers. One of those is this: how does the Tempe vote impact the future of the Coyotes’ core? In his column, Elliotte Friedman wrote, “Clayton Keller gave the Arizona Coyotes a month or so to provide him with direction about the future.” Logan Cooley already told PHNX sports that the arena vote was a factor in his decision to return to Minnesota, and Keller’s agent Scott Bartlett told PHNX that he wants clarity on the Coyotes’ future soon.
