Hayden Cilley is at the helm for PHNX Sports for all things Phoenix Mercury. He truly loved basketball from the day that NBA 2K16 was free on the PlayStation store. He graduated with a BA in Sports Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in 2023 and is currently pursuing a MA in mass communication. This will be Hayden's second season covering the WNBA and the Phoenix Mercury, as he covered the entirety of Brittney Griner's detainment to her return. He's excited to keep growing the game through his storytelling and give back to the game that gave him his first opportunity.
